Fully qualified and experienced in emergency medicine, Emergency medical staff are trained and ready to deal with all situations anywhere in the world. PMA emergency teams are made up of accident and intensivist, anesthetist, emergency physician, specialist in tropical medicine and other specialism and nurses. They are international experts who have learned on the job with international clinic or in accident and emergency department, or they may work in a difficult environment. All medical doctors has had training of a high standard (ACC, ACLS, ATLS, etc).

As well as a knowledge of tropical medicine, fluency in English, being a qualified emergency physician is an essential condition for joining PENTA Medical Assistance. Staff benefit from an annual appraisal of skills and take courses to develop them. Personal qualities are just as important and ease the management of demanding cases and family medicine and outpatient care.
