Domestic Evacuation

DPS - SURABAYA DPS - BANYUWANGI

Last week, we had 3 evacuation requested from client , 2 with commercial flight from Denpasar to Surabaya with Doctor and Nurse escort , and the last with Ground Ambulance , pick up patient from Genteng Hospital, Banyuwangi accros the Sea to Denpasar City .

Commercial flight from Denpasar to Surabaya take about one 45 minute , and Ground Ambulance fro m Genteng Hospital to Denpasar City take about 6 hour . All patient safely arrive at destination hospital in Surabaya and Denpasar with good care during evacuation.

Patient have various medical problem such as Cancer , Stroke, and Dengue Fever .

Even medical technology now had grew up to be more and wide spread the capability , but the other human resources , experience and wide information will keep in mind for client to choose and select which medical professional they need .

Penta Medica had work as third party for any medical evacuation cases . Suporting medical advice and pre examination must need to all the case . Not all kind of patient can do medical evacuation .

Social Event Desa Manggis

With celebrate for 20th Anniversary of Amankila resort , we are as a team work make social event for Desa Manggis , with Management, staff from Amankila., medical team from Penta Medica had serve 130 patient and some other participant to have medical examination and treament .

Some patient had refferal to high Medical service for further investiagation and treatment

Tomcat Bug Invasion

On March 13, 2012, Surabaya residents were shocked by the incident in which an Eastcoast Pakuwon City apartment dwellers who experience hives, the wounds of the face, arm and body and feel the heat from the liquid poisonous insects Tomcat. A few days later, Tomcat is also known to also attack the school in the area and several locations in Kenjeran Wonorejo Surabaya.
In recent years, reports of Irritant Contact Dermatitis health problems, caused by toxins paederin (C25H45O9N) in the insect body Tomcat, except in the wings.

Diving Accident

Amed was known as one of the famous diver paradise. All proffesional and amateur diver find unique field at amed. Various and colourfull fish and coral attract more than 3000 divers annualy. But everything can happen . The risk of deep diving made concequences to all participant.

On 19th March , we have on emergency call from Amed divers , there was accident a man dive 50 meters deep and suddenly got weakness, short of breath and all arm numbness. With highh concentration of oxygen and early hydration, patient with emergency ambulance and stabilize at Klinik Penta Medica Candidasa with full examination .

Silent Day

21st March 2012, Denpasar

Once a year , Balinese people celebrate special day and one the only in the world " Silent Day or Nyepi Day " , will be held on 23rd March 2012 , Friday start 00.00 until 24th March , 5 am in the morning . All working acitivity , light , traffic , TV channel and others will shut down . This mean no traffic jam, no polution, no music, just silent ....

Peace and harmony with mother nature ....

Even International Airport, Ferry Harbour both in Padang Bay and Gilimanuk stop the operation for this silent day.

Only Pecalang ( Local Guardian for Balinese ) will be on duty on the street during Silent Day. There some exception like House with a baby or small kid allow to turn the light .

Medical Evacuation DPS- SIN -PERTH

Sanglah Hospital , Wing International

Once again , our medical team Dr Yudi and dr Yasa done one medical evacuation in Stretcher case from Denpasar to Perth , Australia via Singapore . Totally need 7 hour flight and 3 hour transit at Changi, Singapore Airport . Conjuction with Sanglah Hospital and Australian Consulate , thanks for the support and cooperation to make this mission safetly arrive at Perth International Hospital on 9th March , early morning on time.

An old Australian man with both femur fracture ( left and right ) after traffic accident , who will have operation in home country . During transport our medical team support with pain management and immobilize system to make sure fracture side not get worse.

Traffic accident is one of the highest rate of medical problem for tourism in Bali. All visitor must be careful with the traffic during their stay in Bali . Our traffic infrastructure and regulation still under monitor and sometime not synchronise with trasportation growth.

Air Ambulance Labuan Bajo - Denpasar

1st March , 2012

Air Ambulance Evacuation from Labuan Bajo to Denpasar , we have one case from Insurance that request evacuation and need further treatment for a lady with special problem. Labuan Bajo is one of famous destination which is the guide to Komodo Island. Labuan Bajo had tourist facility like hotel, resort, ferry harbour and airport to support all tourist activity.

Air Ambulance need 1 hour 22 minute to landing at Labuan Bajo airport from Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. With our emergency team escort hasd prepare all equipment , medicine and necessary support to prepare medical possibility.

After stabilze patient condition , our medical team bring to aircraft and continue medical treatment and monitor all vital sign during flight from Labuan Bajo to Denpasar . Thanks to all Labuan Bajo ground staff , local people in Labuan Bajo that can make this Air Ambulance Evacuation safely process.

Ground Ambulance in Stretcher Case

In every Stretcher case use commercial airline there are some keypoint in safety and medical concern into the process. Ground Ambulance and conneting vehicle (use lift vehicle) make evacuation process more comfort and safe to the client . All the process must be guided with carefully and case by case concern. One case with multiple fracture involve Spinal with serious injury make different handling with other stretcher case. Experience Escort doctor and paramedics will asses all aspect and make final decision and worst scenarion to all risky case.

Stand by Event Bank Mandiri

At 27 - 28 th January 2012, Our medical team had on duty for Bank Mandiri out bond event . With around 130 participant and shocking out bond activity, our medical team prepare all emergency and medical support equipment during the event . Even the weather not in clear , but windy and rainy situation make this event become more challenging to the articipant .
